Project Reveal | Refined Classic

It’s always an honor when previous clients reach out to us with an exciting new project. The homeowners of the Refined Classic discovered the perfect pre-built spec home that truly meets their family's needs, and enlisted our expertise to bring the warmth and undeniable charm of their previous home.

The main level of the home was completely finished when the clients purchased the Refined Classic. We complimented the bright and airy dining room by changing out the lighting and adding soft furnishings to space. We opted to swap out the existing pedestal sink in the powder bathroom for a custom built vanity complete with new fixtures, lighting, mirrors and wallpaper. It added so much detail and warmth to the space.

We used soft patterns and elegant furniture throughout the home. In the bonus room upstairs, a custom upholstered sectional and leather ottoman are popular for movie nights and a client favorite. We also made the laundry room attractive and practical with cheerful floral wallpaper and a hanging rod to make chores functional and pretty.

The lower level was a blank slate for the homeowners to make their own, so they enlisted us to make it a space they would could enjoy. We weren’t afraid to mix up the vibe from the upper level a bit, with the idea of making it still feel cohesive. In the midwest, our lower level spaces turn into a space for entertaining during the colder months. The Refined Classic lower level is a cozy spot to do just that.

The feel is a perfect combination of masculine and feminine flair. It creates interest and texture within the space while also, just making perfect sense.
