Project Reveal | Peony Creek
The Peony Creek project was a true collaboration from start to finish. From our very first meeting, the homeowner had a clear vision for how they wanted their home to feel, not just how they wanted it to look. Together, we set out to create a warm, inviting retreat that was equally suited for hosting family and friends as it was for slowing down and recharging at the end of the day.
Once we established the overall vision, our focus shifted to creating cohesion throughout the home. We carefully layered natural materials, warm finishes, and timeless details to ensure each space felt connected while maintaining its own personality. The result is a home that feels collected, welcoming, and effortlessly functional, designed to evolve alongside the homeowner for years to come.
We believe the most beautiful homes don't feel brand new, they feel thoughtfully collected over time. That philosophy guided every furnishing selection throughout Peony Creek, where timeless pieces, natural materials, and layered textures come together to create a home that feels warm, refined, and authentically lived in. By balancing heirloom-inspired elements with clean, tailored silhouettes, we created spaces that reflect our signature aesthetic while remaining deeply personal to the homeowner.
As with so many homes, the kitchen naturally became the heart of Peony Creek. Flanked by custom cabinetry and anchored by an oversized walnut island, the kitchen was designed to be balanced aesthetically and functionally. The clean look of the custom hood created interest in contrast to the cabinetry.
Throughout the home, each room was given its own personality while remaining connected through a consistent material palette.
The bathrooms embrace timeless silhouettes with custom vanities, warm metal finishes, and understated tile selections. The dining room feels bright and airy, framed by expansive windows that bring the outdoors in. The office introduces a richer mood with deep blue cabinetry, creating a space that inspires focus while still feeling connected to the rest of the home. Even the mudroom was thoughtfully designed, proving that functional spaces deserve just as much attention as the rooms we spend the most time in.
Designed as both a functional amenity and a destination within the home, the bar creates a natural gathering place for family and friends. Whether mixing cocktails while hosting or enjoying a quiet evening at home, the space was intentionally designed to encourage connection and slow moments alike. The dramatic contrast of dark stone, fluted walnut cabinetry, warm brass accents, and the softly arched surround creates depth and texture, allowing the bar to serve as a striking focal point within the home's expansive open-concept layout.
At Lindsey Grace Interiors, we believe a home should feel as though it has evolved over time. Warm, collected, and reflective of the people who live there.
